Homes have always been a passion of mine. I remember being about ten years old and using my free computer time at the library in Spring Branch to look up houses online then go home and tell my parents all about the newest listing in Pecan Grove and what a great deal it would be to purchase. On family grocery store outings I would always look for the latest issue of every free real estate flyer and magazine on the magazine racks near the exits.
I think my fascination came from the fact that we lived in an apartment, and I would tag along with my Dad to help out with his landscaping business in nicer neighborhoods. I never understood why we didn't just live there because despite my young age I knew that our financials looked good, and in the early 2000's the banks were only too eager to give my Dad a loan for more that any of those houses would cost.
In 2008, as soon as I turned 18 I decided to start a design business and have been self employed ever since. I also run a tutoring center because I believe that I owe it to others in my previous situation to help get them through tough times. In addition that that I run an online Mid Century Modern accessory shop.
Despite my fascination with Real Estate I was previously unable to become a licensed Realtor due to an issue with my resident status coming from a different country only to study, but my status has recently changed and I am ready! This blog is dedicated to inform anyone willing to read it about tips and ways to improve your home's value and sell in the shortest amount of time.
